a. Within Our Corporate Organization

Silgan is part of a corporate organization that has several legal entities, business processes, management structures, and technical systems. We may share your personal information with any of our corporate affiliates, including but not limited to companies controlled by or under common control with Silgan, in order to provide you with the Services and take actions based on your request, as well as for the purpose of management, analysis, and business maintenance. We may employ Service Providers to provide the Services on our behalf, perform service-related activities or assist us in analyzing how our Services are used. We also use these Tracking Technologies to analyze usage patterns of our Services and record that a particular device, browser, or application has visited a particular webpage.

Please note that we are not responsible for the collection, usage and disclosure policies and practices (including data security) of other organizations, such as Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft, X or any other social media platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider or device manufacturer, including any personal information you disclose to other organizations through or in connection with our social media pages. Any posts you make on our social media pages may be available to others who use those pages. Never include sensitive personal, financial, or other confidential information such as your social security number, address, phone number or email address when posting or commenting online. 9. Children

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from any child under the age of 18. If you become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information from our systems.
